About Eriko da Costa

Eriko da Costa provides cross-cultural training services. She is originally from Japan and has been working with international colleagues for more than 10 years. With a passion for helping multi-cultural teams work better together, she supports clients and participants in raising their inter-cultural awareness and learning strategies to adapt to multicultural environments.

Her services include group cross-cultural training and personal coaching with cultural assessment, using a variety of frameworks and methodologies to deliver engaging learning experiences. She is a Hofstede CWQ (Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire) certified associate.
